Sierra Home Team started because we saw too many Latino families fall through the cracks of the homebuying process. They had the jobs, the savings, the desire — but no one was walking them through the steps in a language and culture they understood.

So we built something different. A family business where credit repair, lending, and real estate all work together. No handoffs to strangers. No surprises. One team from start to finish.

Today we serve families in Washington and North Carolina, and every client is treated like family — because to us, they are.
